What began as an experiment in creating motion trails from drone footage (which turns out to be trickier than it seems) turned into an all out feast of complexity, layers and symmetry.

All the visuals here are derived from three main pieces of footage, all shown at the very beginning. The rest is an exercise in building a complex network of linked properties in After Effects and wielding those relationships to reach a dizzying conclusion.
